How It Works
From your first call to your first new patient, our proven four-step process does all the heavy lifting.
A short application so we can understand your practice, followed by a focused 30-minute strategy session where we pinpoint the gaps costing you bookings and map out exactly how your AI Growth Engine will be built.
We architect your entire patient acquisition infrastructure: treatment-specific funnels, AI qualification logic, automated follow-up sequences, and CRM integrations, all built around your practice, your treatments, and your ideal patient.
Your system launches within three weeks. We handle every technical detail. Your team does nothing different; qualified patients simply start appearing in your booking calendar.
We monitor your pipeline daily, run ongoing A/B tests, and refine every element as your practice grows. Your growth partner never stops working, even when you do.
No contracts. Cancel any time.
Our Services
Six fully integrated systems designed exclusively for aesthetic and cosmetic practices, managed end-to-end by our team so yours can focus on patient care.
01
We identify cosmetic patients actively searching for your treatments in your catchment area and convert their intent into booked consultations, automatically, at scale, and without paid ads dependency.
02
Every inquiry is scored against your ideal patient profile before it reaches your front desk. Treatment type, budget, urgency, and location are validated automatically, so your team only speaks to patients who are ready.
03
Treatment-specific follow-up sequences delivered via SMS, email, and WhatsApp, timed to the patient's behavior, not a generic drip. Inquiries become consultations without your team chasing anyone.
04
Post-treatment review requests triggered at the optimal moment, when patient satisfaction is at its peak. Grow your Google star rating, build social proof, and let your results do the selling.
05
Your existing patient database is one of your most underused assets. We deploy AI-driven reactivation campaigns that bring dormant patients back for repeat treatments, generating revenue with zero acquisition cost.
06
A live command center showing every patient, every booking, and every dollar of revenue attributed back to your AI Growth Engine. Full transparency. Zero guesswork. Monthly growth reviews included.
Results
When we first speak with aesthetic & cosmetic practice owners, the same challenges come up again and again: costly, demoralizing, and completely fixable.
Inconsistent bookings that make payroll feel like a gamble
Spending on ads that bring price-shoppers, not loyal patients
Front desk overwhelmed fielding inquiries that never convert
No idea which treatments or channels actually drive revenue
Relying on word-of-mouth that dries up the moment things slow down
Losing high-value patients to competitors with stronger online presence
“60 new patients in 60 days. I finally have a patient pipeline I can actually predict and plan around.”

We went from 12 new patients a month to 42 in just our second month with Meridio. Their growth system is genuinely unlike anything I've seen from a marketing agency.

I was skeptical about handing off marketing to a system. Now I track every single patient back to exactly where they came from. The transparency alone is worth it.

My front desk used to spend hours chasing cold leads. Now every inquiry that reaches us is already pre-qualified and ready to book. Total game changer.

Work with usEvery campaign, every AI model, and every conversion script we build is calibrated for aesthetic and cosmetic patient journeys: med spas, injectors, cosmetic dermatology, body contouring, and plastic surgery practices alike. We also work with private practices, including dental clinics, specialized practices, and health and wellness clinics with similar patient journeys and client acquisition needs. Our approach is designed for practices that rely on consultations, patient inquiries, lead follow-up, and turning prospective patients into long term clients.
Our system was designed from the ground up around AI, not retrofitted onto an old agency model. This means faster results, deeper personalization, and a level of automation that traditional agencies simply cannot match.
If your Growth Engine does not deliver a minimum of 20 new patient bookings in your first 60 days, Meridio Partners covers the difference with a refund or service credit, at no cost to your practice. Full terms in our Terms of Service.
A Note From Our Founder
I spent years watching talented practice owners pour everything into patient care, only to hand their growth over to agencies that treated them like a monthly invoice. Meridio exists to be different: embedded in your results, accountable to your numbers, and available whenever you need us.
Every practice we take on is one I'm personally accountable for. That's why we guarantee results, not just activity.
